Each candle is hand-poured in small batches and carefully inspected to ensure quality before it reaches you.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 385apothecary2@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly make it right.
Order Issues
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations. If you need assistance, please reach out as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
Scent Preference
Because scent is a personal experience, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges based on fragrance preference.
