Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Because our candles are hand-poured and made in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during high-demand periods.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Delays
Please note that delivery times may be impacted by carrier delays that are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed off to the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
